Žatec is a town in the north-west of the Czech Republic, in the Ústí nad Labem region. It lies on the River Ohře. It has about 19,000 inhabitants, which makes Žatec the largest town of the district.
There is now a swimming pool with a wellnes centre and a sports ground. The town has 2 football fields situated by the river continuing with an inline track and a cycle path. For another entertainment you can go and visit a digital, 3D cinema, in summer an open-air cinema, a town theatre, a shopping centre and supermarkets such as Kaufland, Tesco, Lidl, Penny and Norma. Especially in the town centre you will find several restaurants, pizza restaurants, bars, cafes, gaming-houses, confectioneries, museums and galleries.
